Shipping Policy
1. Rates:
Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method.
For orders under £30.00
Standard Delivery £3.00. Our standard delivery service to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) will be with you within 2-4 working days.
Express Delivery £4.00. Our quicker service to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) will be with you within 1-2 working days.
For orders under £30.00
Free Delivery. We offer free delivery to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) will be with you within 2-4 working days.
Express Delivery £2.00. We also offer express delivery to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) will be with you within 1-2 working days.
2. Where do we deliver
United Kingdom, England, Scotland, Wales.
Note – Goods to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, some parts of Scotland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly can sometimes take 2 days
3. Order processing and fulfillment promise:
We try are hardest to dispatch all orders the same day, if received before 12 noon Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
4. Shipping transit time:
Shipping times are estimated from the time your order is placed. Once the carrier picks up your order or when it is delivered to their freight facility, we can not guarantee the transit time listed at check out. This is an estimate and is out of our control once the carrier has the package.
Carriers do their best to meet the shipping deadlines but orders can be delayed due to many factors.
If your package is late to arrive or you feel as though it is taking longer than promised, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Most packages arrive on time. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries but we do our best to assist you with any carrier issues.
5. Tracking your package:
An automatic email will be sent to your email on file when the shipping label is created.
When a shipping label is created for your order, we will email tracking information to your email on file.
You will periodically receive tracking updates, once the order ships, when it is out for delivery, and when it gets delivered. If you are not receiving notifications, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you add our email address to your contact list [email protected].
