How can I order Cane Straws for my business?

What is the minimum quantity to be eligible for wholesale pricing?

Wholesale quanitties start at 250 straws and can be purchased directly here. If you looking to purchase large volumes, price discounts are available – email us at [email protected].

Do you sell to retailers?

Yes, we have resale pricing available in our 50 straw packs. Quantities start at 10 packs of 50 straws. Email us for more information at [email protected].

What is the cost of shipping?

Free, we don’t believe you should be charged extra for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days and we have an express delivery option if you need straws a bit quicker.

Do you offer additional discounts for restaurant groups or chains with multiple locations?

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes, for established customers we offer flexible payment terms, contact us at [email protected] to get you set up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfers.

Do you provide tracking information for an order?

A tracking number is emailed to the email on file after the order is shipped. Conversely, you can email us at [email protected]. We fulfill orders Monday to Friday and strive to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, subject to public holidays. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
